New General Manager in Atlas Copco Construction Technique customer center
Pune, April 20, 2012: Atlas Copco (India) Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Nitin Lall as General Manager of the company's newly setup Construction Technique customer center in India. He will take up the post with immediate effect.
The new customer center will focus on sales of construction equipment and related aftermarket activities. The newly formed customer center is based in Pune and will serve the entire country with trained service teams at all locations.
“An engineer with over 19 years’ experience in the construction industry, Nitin will bring unique depth of experience to this new position, having previously served in the Construction and Mining Technique customer center for Atlas Copco. With his strong customer focus and his knowledge of the construction market, Nitin is very well suited for this position.” commented Henk Brouwer, President, Construction Tools Division.
Nitin comments, “I am very excited on getting this opportunity of setting up this customer center in India. My priorities shall involve setting up all aspects of the organisation: marketing, sales offices, business control and after market. My biggest challenge will be to focus on increasing both our market penetration and market shares for a sustainable, profitable growth in the fast developing markets of India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh.”
